We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented junior HR professional to support HR operations and administrative tasks, with a career path toward becoming a core HRIS specialist.
This role will begin with hands-on exposure to core HR processes and systems, and gradually expand
to take ownership of HRIS-related tasks and projects.
1) HR Operations & Admin (Initial Role Focus)
- Support day-to-day HR administration including local & global HR system operation &
maintenance, employee/organization data management, internal/external HR Reporting, etc
- Maintain and update employee and HR databases with high accuracy
- Assist in employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and documentation
(employee benefit, Time & Attendance, termination, etc.)
- Coordinate internal processes such as HR reports, document collection, and compliance tracking
- Support internal/external audit requests and documentation
2) HRIS Support & Growth (Expanded Role)
- Manage and maintain the HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM),
ensuring data accuracy, reliability and security
- Act as a point of contact for global/region HRIS team and local HR stakeholders regarding
system enhancements, issue resolution and best practices
- Work closely with global/region HRIS team and local HR Operation Lead on configuration, testing,
and deployment of system customization and enhancements
- Participate in global/local HRIS improvement projects and user training sessions
- Learn and adopt global data governance standards and local compliance practices
- Support generation of regular/on-demand HR reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
